Dugard’s Alleged Abductor Blamed Drugs for ‘Downfall’

In March of 1977, Phillip Garrido was 25 and in federal prison pleading with a judge to reduce his 50-year prison sentence for kidnapping a stranger, and blamed drugs for it.
